   FILMIQUE does not require account registration or login, and does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name or email.

   However, to improve app quality, the following third-party services are used and may automatically collect the data described below.

     • App usage statistics (screen views, feature usage frequency)
     • Device information (device model, OS version)
     • App instance identifier (not advertising ID)
   • Firebase Crashlytics (Google)
     • App crash logs and error information
     • Device state (memory, storage)
     • Device information (device model, OS version)

   This data is collected in a non-personally identifiable form and is not used for advertising purposes.

3. Device Permissions

   The App requests the following permissions, used solely for the stated purposes:

4. Data Storage

   • Photos are saved only to your device's photo library.
   • App preferences (filter settings, save mode) are stored locally on your device and never transmitted externally.

• Location data is temporarily sent to Apple WeatherKit solely for weather lookups and is not stored by the App or any external server. Location access is optional.
  • The App does not operate any external servers.

   FILMIQUE does not provide, share, or sell any data to third parties other than the Firebase services described in Section 2. For details on how Firebase handles data, please refer to Google Privacy Policy.

2. Children's Privacy

   The app does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
